Karen Aubert RD, CDE, LDN

Karen is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with over 25 years of experience in individual and group instruction. She received her BS in nutrition from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1983, followed by a one-year internship at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA.

 

Prior to starting her private practice she worked in a hospital outpatient counseling program, a cardiac rehab, a dialysis program, and a psychologist’s office that treated eating disorders and other mental health issues.

 

Karen has a wealth of experience, and is passionate about helping her clients create achievable & sustainable goals that will promote a healthier life.
